Jenna Dewan showed in behind-the-scenes footage how she gets dressed to film ‘The Rookie.’ The much-pregnant actress is currently expecting her third baby and shared an Instagram Video on Tuesday. In the video, she hilariously showed how getting into her work costume was no less than a workout in itself.

The video starts with Dewan, 43, gasping as she has to get into her firefighter-character black pants. After she lays out the rest of the outfit on the bench, she tries to tuck her T-shirt inside her pants. That is when she proclaims the entire act a workout. Later, you can see Dewan add her second top and official jacket.

In the video, you can see Dewan laughing as she struggles to maintain her balance while putting on her boots. She tells the camera, “Firefighters, EMTs of the world, write in to tell me if you, too, are this tired after putting all these layers on.” Her post is captioned “A GRWM workout of sorts.” The actress shares son Callum, 4, with fiancée Steve Kazee and Daughter Everly, 10, with ex-husband Channing Tatum.
Last month, Dewan shared at the TCA Winter press tour in Los Angeles that her The Rookie Costars have been highly supportive. She also talked about show writer Alexi Hawley, saying, “As you can tell, I mean, we really all get along. It is a huge family on set, so I feel very taken care of. Alexi, you were amazing. I called—and I said, ‘Hey, I have some news.’
In August 2023, Dewan shared that Everly has picked her own behind-the-scenes tricks and is doing makeup after seeing her mom on sets. She revealed that her daughter has a little play set of makeup and looks good in her attempts.
